West Co. Wine Rooms

Our West County private dining room sets the stage for a night to remember. Rustic wood accents, sleek hardwood floors, and modern table settings create a warm, comfortable backdrop for any type of special event. Private parties, corporate events and special occasions in our private dining room enjoy distinctive menus, thoughtful details and a highly attentive wait staff, all in an environment close to home, but without the stress.

Private room - Central West End

Our CWE private dining room is ideal for patrons who want to host an event in a vibrant location. Exposed brick, aged hardwood floors, and modern table settings create a warm, comfortable backdrop for any type of special event. Distinctive menus, thoughtful details and a highly attentive wait staff make it easy to host a unique event your guests will still be talking about next year.

Make sure all of your events guests are accommodated. Tavern has several different ways of setting up our private dining rooms to suite your personal event.

Standard Setup

With a larger group of 50, our guests sit comfortably at 10 to a table. Accommodations can be made.

Conference Setup

When hosting an important presentation, make sure everyone can see with this Conference setup. AV is available at no extra cost.

Accommodates: up to 24-48

Reception Setup

Another option for larger groups is our reception setup, which allows everyone a chance to sit at the same table.

Accomodations

Our private event spaces, separated from the restaurant by four walls and a door, seat up to 50 guests. Food and beverage minimums fluctuate according to date and do not include tax or gratuity.

The Tavern is available for buyouts with a minimum spend, dependent on event date. Please inquire.

While not included, you may bring in florals for your event, which we will gladly arrange on your behalf. Applicable charges will be added to your final bill.

Tables at both locations are wood, which blends beautifully with the decor. However, tablecloths and other linens are available with notice. You are welcome to bring simple decorations for your event from favors to flowers, but please note that we don’t allow glitter or confetti.

Cost

Each location offers two event menus, priced at $60/pp and $75/pp.

Any shortfall in the confirmed guests attending with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged the quoted menu price per person (excluding applicable taxes and gratuities).

Parking

Our Central West End location offers street parking on Euclid and Mcpherson, which is free after 7:00pm Monday – Saturday and all day Sunday. There is also a public parking paid lot within walking distance.

Our West County location has a self-park lot in front of the building.

Booking

Spaces are booked on a first come, first served basis. Please keep in mind that demand and availability can fluctuate and are typically high October – May.

An initial deposit of 50% of the food and beverage minimum is required to secure each booking.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

Food & Drinks

Event menus include family style appetizers, salad course, guest choice of entrée, and family style desserts. Items on event menus can be customized for an additional fee. We are happy to print custom menus with your company logo. Please send artwork in .jpeg format.

In addition to our standard event menus, we also offer lunch, brunch or brunch buffet menus and off-site catering.

With advanced notice, we can accommodate many food allergies and dietary needs. We offer gluten free and dairy free menu options and our staff and chefs are trained to accommodate these needs.Please contact us for more details and full menus.

The Tavern’s full bar offers specific beverage packages available upon request. If you would like to bring your own wine, please note that we require a $25 corkage fee per 750 mL. We recommend that you pre-select wine for larger groups so that we have enough stock on site. You may also select on site day of event.

Technology

AV is available at no charge. Please note that you will be responsible for supplying the specific cord hook ups your equipment requires. Both of our locations offer free wi-fi.
